1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, and profile photo (optional).

Gym usage data: attendance (check-ins), workouts, and graduation history linked to the gym(s) where you are enrolled.

Minimal technical data required for authentication and app operation.

2. How we use your data

To authenticate your access, show your information, record attendance, and track your progress at the gym.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

Your data is shared with the gym where you are enrolled, for the purpose of managing your enrollment and attendance.

We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, and storage) as our infrastructure provider, which processes data on our behalf.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure, with access controls and encryption in transit.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, and delete your data at any time.

Account deletion: in the app, go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account. Deletion permanently removes your login, profile, photo, memberships, and history.

You can also request deletion by email at contato@athlongym.fit.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. After deletion, personal data is removed from our active systems.

7. Minors

Minors must use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, according to the gym rules.
